Family

Strengthening connection and communication within the family system.

Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, understanding, and problem-solving among family members. Sessions focus on identifying patterns, exploring dynamics, and developing empathy so families can navigate challenges with greater collaboration and respect. This work may support transitions, conflict resolution, or parenting alignment, and can help strengthen relationships across generations. Family therapy is available both in person and virtually, allowing families living apart to stay connected and engaged in the process.

Parenting

I have a particular interest in working with parents navigating school-related stress, learning differences, or anxious childhood emotions—including Generalized Anxiety, phobias, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) —using approaches such as the evidence-based S.P.A.C.E. (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) model.

Together, we work toward creating calmer, more connected family dynamics and developing strategies that support each member’s growth and well-being.

Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes.
