Family

Strengthening connection and communication within the family system.

Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, understanding, and problem-solving among family members. Sessions focus on identifying patterns, exploring dynamics, and developing empathy so families can navigate challenges with greater collaboration and respect. This work may support transitions, conflict resolution, or parenting alignment, and can help strengthen relationships across generations. Family therapy is available both in person and virtually, allowing families living apart to stay connected and engaged in the process.

Parenting

Parenting can be deeply rewarding and, at times, deeply challenging—particularly when your child’s struggles leave you unsure how best to help. My work with parents focuses on understanding a child’s unique strengths, sensitivities, and developmental profile, and finding ways to respond with insight and confidence.

I collaborate with parents who are navigating a range of concerns, including school stress, behavioral or social challenges, emotional regulation, and learning differences. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, and build practical strategies that promote growth and connection at home.

My approach draws from relational and evidence-based models such as Collaborative Problem Solving and S.P.A.C.E. (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), as well as frameworks rooted in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and child development. Sessions are designed to help parents feel more grounded, capable, and connected as they guide their children toward resilience and well-being.

Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes.
